Bianca Hosseini

Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2018, followed by a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2020. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.

Bianca’s interest in civil litigation crystallized during law school. Through her coursework and participation in a mooting competition, she developed a strong appreciation for problem-solving, advocacy and strategic thinking. She enjoys analyzing complex legal issues and developing effective litigation strategies.

Before joining Evangelista Barristers & Solicitors, Bianca practised at a prominent plaintiff-side litigation firm in Toronto. She subsequently transitioned to insurance defence, where she gained experience representing insurers and insureds in a variety of insurance-related matters, including motor vehicle accident claims, personal injury actions and property damage disputes.

Having gained experience on both the plaintiff and defence sides of litigation, Bianca brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice. Her experience enables her to anticipate opposing counsel’s strategies and priorities. She is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal services and values working closely with clients to help them navigate every stage of the litigation process with confidence.

Bianca is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and The Advocates’ Society.
