Law Clerk – Litigation
Evangelista; Barristers & Solicitors is a boutique litigation law firm in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto. We are a distinguished law firm that specializes in litigation, advocacy and risk management.
We are seeking a senior law clerk to join our team.
Job Description
- Full-time position,
- Hybrid work environment located in downtown Toronto,

The ideal candidate should have the following:
- a Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate
- a minimum of 10 plus years of experience,
- excellent written and oral communication skills,
- strong organizational and time management skills,
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines,
- a team player who is self-motivated and driven,
- familiarity with Primafact, ACL, Adobe and Zoom would be an asset.
Key tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:
- drafting legal documents,
- preparing legal memoranda,
- summarizing documents,
- preparing correspondence,
- managing calendars,
- scheduling court dates,
- conducting searches.
