Jessica Radersma

Jessica graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization in International Relations in 2012. She was President of the Western Equestrian Team in her final year.

Jessica graduated from the University of Windsor with a Juris Doctor in 2015. While at the University of Windsor, she volunteered for the Windsor Law High School Outreach. While in law school in 2013, Jessica completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Post-Conflict Transitions and International Justice in The Hague, Netherlands.

Jessica articled at a boutique litigation law firm in Hamilton and remained there as an associate lawyer after she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 until she joined Evangelista, Barristers & Solicitors in November 2021. She sat on the New Lawyers’ Subcommittee of the Hamilton Law Association from 2019 to 2021, during which time she planned and chaired the 2021 New Lawyers’ Roundtable.

Jessica’s early interests in international law, conflict resolution, and post-conflict reconstruction transitioned well into a civil litigation practice. She is a thoughtful and reasonable advocate who strives for early resolution where possible.

Jessica has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and Licence Appeal Tribunal. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
